Job summary

TES, based in Sheffield, is hiring an Interim Finance Director to lead a finance transformation across systems, processes and operating models. The role includes coaching a high-performing team and representing finance in ERP, billing and pricing changes, including Salesforce integrations.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid pattern with three days in the office and will oversee a finance function undergoing significant change for up to 12 months.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with senior finance leadership experience.
Proven delivery of finance transformation across systems, processes and operating model.
Experience leading finance requirements in ERP or finance systems changes, collaborating with CRM and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation roadmap and delivery across close, forecasting, reporting, controls and automation.
Coach and develop the finance team to take broader accountability within the business.
Act as finance lead on ERP and finance systems changes, including Salesforce, billing and pricing.
