Job summary

itsu is seeking a Head of Systems Transformation in London to design and implement the data infrastructure enabling growth from £100m to £200m+ revenue. The role reports to the joint managing director and is based in our London office for three days a week.

You will lead the systems transformation, audit and select best-in-class solutions, collaborate with IT and department heads, and drive AI roll-out across the business with a three-year roadmap and a focus on governance and continuity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems transformation or consultancy roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the systems transformation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define the optimum systems and run tender processes.
• Clear prioritisation of impending changes.
• Lead and deliver a best-in-class transition between systems to achieve rapid implementation and adoption.
• Create a three-year systems roadmap and align with IT and department heads.
• Audit current tools, processes and data flows across the business.
• Identify critical gaps vs a £200m business.
• Prioritise high-impact projects.
• Process design.
