Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking an Interim Finance Director (Transformation) to lead finance transformation in Sheffield, shaping the finance operating model and partnering on ERP, finance systems and Salesforce changes, including billing and pricing. This hands-on leadership role requires deep financial oversight and cross-functional collaboration with the business.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with senior finance leadership experience.
Proven delivery of finance transformation across systems, processes and operating model.
Experience leading finance requirements in ERP/finance systems with CRM collaboration.
Strong coaching and mentoring of finance professionals for senior stakeholder roles.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation, set prioritised roadmap and drive improvements.
Coach and develop the finance team, enabling budgeting and forecasting ownership.
Act as finance lead on ERP/finance systems changes including Salesforce, pricing and billing.
Partner with IT, Sales Ops and Commercial to ensure robust governance and data quality.
