Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a senior leader to own the end-to-end third-party management framework, from sourcing and contracting to onboarding, ongoing assurance and exit. You will drive governance, risk controls and alignment with regulatory expectations across the bank.

You will collaborate with business owners, Legal and Operational Resilience to secure credible, evidence-based control and continuous improvement, while promoting flexible and hybrid working in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Senior third-party management or procurement leadership experience in UK regulated financial services.
• Experience with PRA SS2/21 and SYSC 8 outsourcing.
• Track record negotiating technology and outsourced service agreements.
• Experience designing supplier segmentation and materiality assessment.
• Evidence of driving process adoption without direct authority.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Data tooling and workflow automation familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the third-party management framework across sourcing, contracting, onboarding, ongoing assurance and exit.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and control effectiveness with governance and owner accountability.
• Lead or collaborate on significant contracts and renewals with market insight and disciplined trade-offs.
• Maintain a forward view of supplier activity, renewals and risk, escalating where needed.
• Oversee data quality, reporting, and evidence collection for assurance and governance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Operational Resilience.
