Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Supplier Coordinator/Analyst to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier reviews within the Product function. You’ll coordinate licenses, renewals and onboarding, ensuring compliance with the TPRM framework and maintaining accurate supplier records for audits.

You will work closely with Legal, Compliance and Procurement to resolve issues, track actions and drive improvements, while keeping stakeholders informed and ahead of deadlines.

Qualifications

• Some exposure to supplier, vendor or contract administration.
• Comfortable with Excel and internal systems.
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication.
• Proactive, practical problem-solver who flags issues early.
• Comfortable working to a framework and escalating edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the administrative lifecycle of periodic supplier reviews across tiers.
• Draft review paperwork and flag risks for Product Owner to assess.
• Track outstanding actions through to closure.
• Track licence and contract renewal dates and raise renewals timely.
• Liaise with Legal and Procurement on renewal paperwork.
• Coordinate new vendor onboarding and approvals.
• Maintain supplier records for audit and review purposes.
• Identify repetitive tasks and build templates or automation.
• Be the go-to contact for Product on supplier management.
