Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Risk Business Partner for Technology to embed the Risk Management Framework and strengthen controls across the bank. The role focuses on technology risk, vendor management, and non-financial risk assurance within a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will partner with Technology and the Vendor Management Team to ensure controls are documented, embedded, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of risk management, RCSA and control libraries.
• Experience in technology risk controls and vendor management.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for operational resilience and outsourcing.
• Hands-on assurance and monitoring across non-financial risk disciplines.
• Strong communication and ability to challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Line risk support for Technology, embedding the Risk Management Framework.
• Design and operate technology control and vendor management frameworks.
• Support RCSA development, risk events, issues, KRIs, and governance reporting.
• Assist in ICAAP calculations, scenario analysis, and risk reporting to committees.
• Maintain risk information in risk systems and track remediation actions.
• Promote a risk-focused culture and support flexible, hybrid working.
