Allica Bank is seeking a specialist to deliver Outcomes Based Testing and Secondary Controls Testing, ensuring customer outcomes align with FCA Consumer Duty. You will plan testing activities, review customer journeys, and drive remediation with stakeholders.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to challenge processes while working within Allica's Risk Management Framework. Flexible/hybrid working offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in testing within financial services and risk domains.
• Ability to identify root causes from data and process walkthroughs.
• Understanding of FCA Consumer Duty and Conduct Rules in practice.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute Outcomes Based Testing across customer journeys.
• Review cases and communications to identify potential customer harm or process gaps.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and agree remedial actions.
• Update risk systems with test results, ratings and action plans.
• Collaborate with Risk Partners and 1LoD Controls team.
• Support reporting and insights through dashboards and analysis.
