Job summary

Club L London is seeking a senior technology leader to translate the CTO's strategy into a scalable roadmap across development, IT, and data systems. You will guide the technology function, oversee budgets, and drive governance for delivery and security in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment.

The role requires strong leadership, deep cloud and data platform experience, and a proven track record delivering large-scale programmes end-to-end.

Qualifications

10+ years in technology with senior leadership experience.
Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong foundations in software delivery, cloud and data platforms.
Experience delivering major technology programmes end-to-end.
Excellent stakeholder communication to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Translate the CTO's strategy into an executable roadmap across development, IT, and integration.
Lead and develop the technology function with multiple teams and disciplines.
Own the technology budget, forecasting, and reporting to executives.
Ensure secure, scalable software across e-commerce platforms, internal tools and data systems.
Drive delivery frameworks, governance, and risk management across programmes.
Manage vendor relationships, cost optimization, and stakeholder alignment.
