A global fashion retailer is seeking an ecommerce platform lead to take ownership of their custom built ecommerce platform and drive its ongoing evolution. This is a pivotal role within a fast growing retail business, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, trading performance, and customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the platform remains robust, scalable, and optimised, working closely with the engineering team to deliver enhancements that directly impact conversion, stability, and operational efficiency.

A core requirement for this role is strong SQL capability. You will use SQL to interrogate data, diagnose platform issues, support reporting needs, and inform development decisions. Beyond technical expertise, you’ll bring a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities for improvement, prioritising platform enhancements, and ensuring seamless day to day performance. You’ll oversee the roadmap for platform upgrades, manage third‑party integrations, and champion ecommerce functionality that supports both customer expectations and commercial goals.

The role is paying up to £75,000 plus a bonus and benefits package. The company are based in Central London and has hybrid working in place.
