Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience governing Systems Engineering LCM processes.
- Ability to elicit stakeholder expectations clearly.
- Experience creating and defining architectures.
- Proven track record managing external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and communication at senior levels.
Responsibilities
- Act as focal point for Systems Engineering governance across the sector.
- Coach engineers in the art of systems engineering.
- Define problem scope and ensure cross-program consistency.
- Guide concepting, modelling and simulation for risk mitigation.
- Lead and drive System of Systems and integration activities.
- Represent Leonardo in Systems Engineering bodies (e.g., INCOSE).
