Qualifications

• Experience in applying governance and guidance on Systems Engineering LCM processes.
• Experience in leading integrated project teams delivering engineering artefacts.
• Proven ability to elicit stakeholder expectations and manage complex requirements.
• Experience creating and defining architectures for large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and expertise to ensure systems engineering governance is followed across programmes.
• Influence artefact development and technical direction of engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet programme needs.
• Promote agile mind-set and continual learning within the systems engineering function.
