Dexory is seeking a Chief of Staff Execution Lead to work directly with the Chief of Staff on high-priority initiatives across the business in an execution-focused role. You will be handed special projects outside a single department's remit and drive them to completion.

You will collaborate with the Business Operations Manager and teams across Dexory, with remit defined project by project. The role rewards relentless execution, accountability, and practical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a high-pace environment.
• Track record delivering end-to-end projects in a fast-moving setting.
• Hands-on with productivity and AI tools; quick to learn new ones.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through.
• Confident, direct communication with senior stakeholders.
• Resilience and persistence; you chase, you follow up and you do not accept vague commitments.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects: Take ownership of discrete, high priority internal projects assigned by the Chief of Staff, from scoping through to delivery and handover.
• Initiative Support: Coordinate contributors, chase inputs and ensure the right people deliver at the right time.
• Accountability Enforcement: Track actions, owners and deadlines across leadership forums and follow up persistently until items are closed; escalate blockers early with evidence.
• Driving Outcomes: Move initiatives from discussion to decision to delivery; propose solutions rather than reporting problems.
• Efficiency Implementation: Identify friction in how the company operates and implement practical fixes, from process changes to tooling improvements.
• Centre of Excellence: Help establish a centre of excellence for efficiency and speed, codifying best practice so Dexory plans, executes and delivers for reuse across teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Business Operations Manager and department leads so project work lands alongside existing cadences.
