Dexory seeks a Chief of Staff Execution Lead to work directly with the Chief of Staff on top-priority initiatives. You will drive cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery, unblock blockers, and build tools and processes to accelerate company-wide execution.

You will partner with the Business Operations Manager and department leads, owning initiatives end-to-end and ensuring accountability across senior teams. The role emphasizes relentless drive and practical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a high-pace environment.
• Track record delivering projects end to end, including pushing work over the line against resistance.
• Strong tooling and automation capability with practical solutions (process automation, workflow tools, or custom trackers).
• Hands-on with modern productivity and AI tools; quick to learn new ones.
• Exceptional organisation and follow-through; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Confident, direct communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Resilience and persistence; you chase, you follow up, and you don’t accept vague commitments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of discrete, high-priority internal projects from scoping through to delivery and handover.
• Coordinate contributors, chase inputs, and ensure the right people deliver on time.
• Track actions, owners and deadlines across leadership forums; escalate blockers with evidence.
• Move initiatives from discussion to decision to delivery; propose solutions rather than report problems.
• Identify friction in company operations and implement practical fixes (process changes or tooling).
• Help establish a centre of excellence for efficiency and speed; codify best practices for planning, execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Operations Manager and department leads so project work lands with existing cadences.
