Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:

A distinguished single-family office with significant investments in retail, property, and media is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and drive its strategic growth. With offices in Dublin, London, and Geneva, the CEO will be responsible for overseeing all investment activities, asset management, and operational performance, ensuring that the portfolio achieves maximum profitability and long-term sustainability. This role will be tasked with expanding the investment portfolio and identifying new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced financial leader with strong private equity investment expertise and a proven track record of delivering portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investment and growth strategy across retail, property, and media assets.
  • Drive portfolio expansion and diversification, identifying high-value investment opportunities.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the long-term success of the family office.
  • Oversee the financial performance and risk management of all investment holdings.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, advisors, and external partners.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices in all operations.
  • Work closely with the principal to align business objectives with family interests and values.
  • Lead and mentor senior executives to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee and manage complex transactions, acquisitions, and asset development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience, preferably within private equity, real estate, retail, or media investments.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse investment portfolios and delivering strong returns.
  • Strong understanding of property development, retail operations, and media industry investments.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and ability to assess and mitigate investment risks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic visionary with the ability to drive long-term business success.
  • High adaptability to evolving market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on approach to investment and asset management.
  • Superior relationship-building skills with investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Office Locations: Dublin, London, and Geneva. This role is based in London.
