Our client, a well-established boutique Management Consulting firm operating in London, is seeking a Senior Leader due to growth plans for the business. This position is for a Managing Director.
What is the role?

Responsibilities include managing a team of Managers & Junior Consultants in the Deals Advisory space on M&A FDD projects for clients in Private Equity and Corporate Deals. As a boutique firm, there is an opportunity to take more ownership of your work and to win projects that matter to you. Experience in Consulting, Deal Origination, and Business Development is essential.

What do I need?

  • At least 8 years of experience within a Management Consulting firm
  • Ability to deliver complex FDD M&A Deals, liaising directly with C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven team management skills with management & junior staff
  • Experience as an SME in Transaction Services & Financial Due Diligence
  • Ability to tailor effective methods for each client using best practices and innovation
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FDD & TS, suitable for a Senior Executive role
