We are seeking an experienced and successful General Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team at this stunning London site

This amazing site has just undergone a no-expense-spared refurbishment, and we are looking for an exceptional leader to usher in this new era. Experience with new openings or re-openings is preferred.

This beautiful pub features a stunning bar area and restaurant in the heart of London.

You will be responsible for managing the team and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience. The General Manager will also need to manage profitability and guest satisfaction measures. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Manage profitability, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
• Provide effective leadership to a talented, young team
• Comply with and exceed all Brand Service Standards
• Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered

What are we looking for?

• An excellent General Manager with a proven record of improving sites
• Rooms experience is a plus but not essential
• Experience in leading and motivating a team
• Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar-sized property
