Draken is seeking a Chief Engineer L159 to lead the transformation of the L159 maintenance organisation into a disciplined, high-performing delivery function. You will drive leadership, planning maturity and productivity across Line and Base, delivering early improvements while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Experience in military fast-jet aviation or a complex regulated air-system, plus a proven track record of turning around performance, is essential for this senior role.

Qualifikationen

• Senior engineering leadership experience within military fast-jet aviation or equivalent.
• Proven success transforming engineering or maintenance organisations.
• Evidence of improving aircraft availability, readiness and productivity.
• UK CAA Part-66 B1/B2 licensing and knowledge of BCAR A8-23.
