Draken Europe is recruiting a Chief Engineer to lead a Maintenance function within our AMO. You will report to the Operations Manager Aircraft Maintenance and ensure safe, compliant and effective delivery of maintenance activities across the UK and internationally.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge and a proven track record in managing engineering teams within a highly regulated aviation environment.

Qualifikationen

• UK CAA Part 66 licensing experience or equivalent military aviation experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Maintenance function in line with UK CAA, UK MAA, EASA and company regs.
• Ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and compliantly.
• Provide leadership to Engineering Delivery Managers, Crew Chiefs and Team Leaders.
