Job summary

Draken offers exciting careers with mission-focused work in aviation maintenance. The role supports the Crew Chief and Chief Engineer to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across Part-145/A8-23 activities, including detachment locations around the world.

The Supervisor provides engineering guidance, staff development, and day-to-day team management, including acting as Deputy when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
• 3+ years' experience on fast jet aircraft.
• Experience in line, base, or workshop maintenance environments.
• Supervisory experience in military or civil aviation maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance regulatory requirements.
• CAA Part-66 B1 licence with relevant type ratings.
• Ability to deliver work to deadlines while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise safety in all activities and ensure SHE compliance.
• Support maintenance, certification, and operational performance as delegated.
• Promote a Just Culture and report occurrences.
• Supervise maintenance activities per regulatory requirements and manuals.
• Support operations at main base and deployed locations worldwide.
• Coordinate engineering activities to meet targets and budgets.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and outcomes.
