Job summary

JLA Group is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to steer data strategy, governance, and analytics across the organisation. You will oversee segmentation, customer insights, and data-driven marketing campaigns for telemarketing and email channels, guiding a team of analysts to translate data into strategic actions.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT to deliver dashboards, performance insights, and ROI across campaigns, markets and customers, driving smarter decision

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in marketing data analytics and BI.
• Ability to design data-led campaigns for telemarketing and email channels.
• Strong segmentation, targeting, and CRM data management skills.
• Proficient with BI and CRM platforms and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing intelligence strategy and governance.
• Lead segmentation and value-based marketing models.
• Enhance data enrichment and campaign data quality.
• Deliver insights on retention, acquisition and lifecycle.
• Create data-led campaigns for lead generation.
• Build dashboards and ROI reporting.
• Lead and develop analytics team at speed and scale.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, ops and tech staketo translate insight into actions.
• Champion data literacy and self-service analytics.
