Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Cost Engineering and Project Controls teams across major capital projects and portfolios.
• Expert knowledge of cost management, forecasting, governance and performance reporting.
• Strong experience with cost governance, NEC3 and integrated planning/scheduling practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Cost Engineering and Project Controls across major programmes and portfolios.
• Establish and maintain cost management frameworks, governance processes, procedures and standards.
• Lead development and assurance of project controls systems, tools and reporting structures.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, EAC/ETC/ACWP and variance analysis.
• Present cost and performance reporting to senior leadership and clients.
• Lead cost risk identification, quantitative analysis and mitigation planning.
