Turner & Townsend, a global leader in cost management and project controls, seeks a Cost Engineering Director to steer cost engineering and project controls for major energy infrastructure programmes. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, drive governance, and deliver robust cost reporting across the project lifecycle.

Based in the UK with a hybrid work model, you will shape strategy, mentor professionals and contribute to business growth in regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Cost Engineering and Project Controls on large capital programmes.
• Strong governance, risk and cost management capability across nuclear, energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop Project Controls capability.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Cost Engineering and Project Controls across major capital programmes and projects.
• Establish and maintain cost management frameworks, governance processes, and standards.
• Lead development and assurance of project controls systems, tools and reporting structures.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and variance analysis; present cost/performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead integrated cost management across planning, risk, change and commercial disciplines.
