We are seeking a highly motivatedChief Commercial Officer (CCO)to join our dynamic executive team. As the CCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy and spearheading growth initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with other senior leaders to ensure our commercial goals align seamlessly with our overall business objectives.

In this role, you will oversee key departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer service. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in optimizing revenue streams, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy.
  • Oversee the sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment of commercial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Optimize revenue streams and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in commercial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, experience in healthcare IT is highly desirable
  • Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills
  • Sales and Account Management skills
  • Experience in Budgeting processes
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
