You will report to senior leadership and collaborate with 12 cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital marketing strategies that maximise revenue and align with omnichannel goals.

You’ll mentor and coach a team to reach its full potential while working with internal and external partners to deliver objective-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in digital marketing, MarTech, and project management.
• Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with a curiosity about interpreting data to tell compelling stories.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, driving client and employee success.
• Strong commercial foresight with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive profitability.
