Job summary

Answer Digital Limited, a Leeds-based technology consultancy, seeks a Head of Professional Services to own successful delivery across client engagements and lead capability development. The role blends delivery assurance with commercial oversight and people leadership, in an employee‑owned culture.

You will guide practices, manage pipelines, and ensure engagements are well‑resourced, well‑governed and on track, with a focus on client outcomes and value creation.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a senior delivery, consulting, or programme leadership role within a technology/digital consultancy or professional services environment.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary client engagements—ideally spanning software delivery, design, data, or similar capability areas.
• Experience managing commercial aspects of client engagements (margin, scope, change control, contractual risk).

Responsibilities

• Own how client engagements perform as a whole: quality, pace, and client experience; set delivery methods and quality standards across teams.
• Take an active role in bids and proposals—including public sector procurements—shaping delivery approach and resourcing assumptions.
• Work with account leadership on delivery and account performance; manage scope, change and margin, not just reporting on outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior sponsors and escalation contacts, identifying opportunities to grow each account.
• Mentor and coach colleagues to embed strong delivery practice and lead AI‑first delivery for regulated settings.
