Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a hands-on Head of AI & Digital Transformation to transform our Shared Services Centre through data, AI and practical process improvements. You’ll work with Purchase-to-Pay data from Dynamics 365 BC and related systems to identify opportunities and implement AI-enabled changes that can be scaled across the organisation.

This is a practical role, not a strategy posting. You’ll partner with operational teams, develop reusable patterns, and prove measurable

Qualifications

• Experience with large operational datasets.
• SQL and data interrogation capability.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience analysing ERP transaction data, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving change without direct authority.
• Understanding of financial controls, audit requirements and governance principles.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose data from ERP and related systems to establish baselines and opportunities.
• Build AI-enabled improvements and practical solutions with end users.
• Prove value through measured improvements and validated data.
• Multiply successes by packaging solutions into reusable templates and templates.
