Job summary

Turner and voce is seeking a senior leader to own the Aftersales function, covering Service and Installation, with direct P&L accountability and a mandate to grow recurring revenue and service contracts. Responsibilities

• Own and lead the complete Aftersales function (Service and Installation) with P&L responsibility and a focus on customer experience.
• Manage a national field-engineering operation of 20+ engineers plus subcontractors with expansion plans.
• Improve SLAs, first-time fix rate, engineer utilisation, response time, quote conversion and contract renewal.
• Develop Coordinators and support teams to avoid becoming only a hands-on worker in the department.
• Present Aftersales performance and P&L to the board, building a robust operating model for growth.
