Job summary

Welcome Break in London is seeking a Hotel Chef to join our Ramada hotel kitchen. This full-time role offers an immediate start with a competitive hourly rate and meal benefits on every shift.

You’ll assist in breakfast and dinner service, maintain high standards of food preparation, and contribute to a smooth, guest-friendly kitchen operation. You will work as part of a supportive team, learn our kitchen routines and food safety standards, and have opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• Experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and temperature checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Support with food preparation, stock rotation, temperature checks and kitchen routines as trained.
• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly and make sure guests have a great experience.

As a Hotel Chef at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll help prepare and cook food for our guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food preparation and cooking to keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest enjoys a great meal and a comfortable stay.
