Job summary

Welcome Break is hiring a Hotel Chef at our Ramada hotel in Wakefield. You will prepare and cook food for breakfast and dinner, supporting busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food prep to keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with food safety standards, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a great meal and a comfortable stay. Training is provided to learn routines, standards and menu items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Support with food preparation, stock rotation, temperature checks and kitchen routines as trained
• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly and make sure guests have a great experience

As a Hotel Chef at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll help prepare and cook food for our guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food preparation and cooking to keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest enjoys a great meal and a comfortable stay.
