Job summary

Welcome Break Ramada is looking for a Hotel Chef to join our busy kitchen team at Waterstock. Immediate start with flexible full-time or part-time hours. Earn up to £13.35 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift as a welcome bonus.

You'll help prepare, cook and present meals across breakfast and dinner service, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and work closely with the hotel team to ensure guests have a great dining experience. Full training provided.

• Willing to learn kitchen routines and food safety standards.
• Ability to stay organized during busy service times.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present meals for hotel guests across service times.

As a Hotel Chef at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll help prepare and cook food for our guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food preparation and cooking to keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest enjoys a great meal and a comfortable stay.

What you’ll do as a Hotel Chef:

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Support with food preparation, stock rotation, temperature checks and kitchen routines as trained
• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly and make sure guests have a great experience
