Job summary

Welcome Break Ramada is seeking a Hotel Chef to support breakfast and dinner service at our Waterstock location. Immediate start offered with flexible full-time or part-time hours and a reward of £1 meals on every shift.

You’ll prep, cook and present food, maintain kitchen hygiene, and work with a friendly hotel team to ensure guests have a great dining experience. This role offers a path in a busy hospitality kitchen, with training provided and opportunities to grow within the Welcome Break

Qualifications

• Interest in food and cooking and ability to work in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to learn kitchen routines, food safety standards and menu items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, temperature checks and routine kitchen tasks.
• Collaborate with hotel team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Earn up to £13.35 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift

As a Hotel Chef at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll help prepare and cook food for our guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food preparation and cooking to keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest enjoys a great meal and a comfortable stay.

What You’ll Do As a Hotel Chef

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times


• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following food hygiene and health & safety standards


• Support with food preparation, stock rotation, temperature checks and kitchen routines as trained


• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly and make sure guests have a great experience
