Job summary

Compass Ireland is seeking a Chef Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. The role involves leading a catering team, planning menus, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Professional Cookery/Food Production & Cooking cert (City & Guilds 706-1/2) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial catering.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ in catering.
• Seasonal menu planning, costing and purchasing experience.
• Knowledge of and ability to manage all HSE requirements.
