Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Restaurant Associates catering and service operations on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). You will supervise kitchens and service counters, ensuring superb food and customer service, while aligning with brand standards and KPIs.

The role requires a minimum of two years in catering, team leadership experience, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all teams.
