Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). You will supervise kitchens and counters, ensure high food quality, and drive exceptional customer service across around 6,000 venues, with opportunities for progression.

You should have at least two years of catering experience, proven team management, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Regularly communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering teams.
