Aspens Services in Norwich is seeking an ambitious Chef Manager to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility. You will lead the kitchen team, manage costs and innovate menus to delight pupils and staff.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a strong grasp of GP management, and a commitment to food safety. You will work Monday to Friday during school term, earning £14 per hour with 27.5 hours weekly for 37 weeks per year.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of gross profit (GP) management and ability to smash sales targets.
• Excellent craft skills with fresh ingredients to deliver quality food.
• Proven line management experience; ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance.
