You will oversee stock, labour, health and safety, and drive monthly promotions while maintaining high standards and safeguarding compliance. 35 hours/week, 39 weeks/year.

Formación

• Strong GP management understanding with ability to hit sales targets.
• Fresh ingredients and high-quality food craft skills.
• Experience coaching and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge.
• OND/HND or equivalent is a bonus; strong on-the-job experience valued.

Responsabilidades
