Aspens Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chef Manager in Wilmslow to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility. You will lead the kitchen team, drive menu innovation, and ensure top quality food and service for students and staff.

You will manage costs, uphold health and safety standards, and develop staff through coaching and training. A strong track record in GP management and leadership is essential, with OND/HND as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong GP management and ability to hit sales targets.
• Experience in line management and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with kitchen finance, cost control and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Financial control of costs including stock, food and labour.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver excellence.
• Oversee menu development and drive monthly promotions.
• Ensure quality, health and safety standards via audits.
