BaxterStorey is recruiting a Chef Manager to lead operations in Wrexham, United Kingdom. This pivotal role drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and a positive workplace culture while delivering exceptional food and service.

The successful candidate will manage a small team, oversee budgeting and safety compliance, and champion a customer-first approach in a busy kitchen environment. Salary circa £31,000 per annum, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction aligned with company vision.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cost control initiatives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the management team and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
