Benugo, in partnership with John Lewis, is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a flagship in-store restaurant operation in Southampton. You will oversee all kitchen activities, menu execution, team development and ensuring food safety standards are met.
The role requires 3 years of similar experience, commercial awareness, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while driving costs and maintaining exceptional quality.

You will manage all kitchen operations, including menu execution, team member management, and compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations. The Chef Manager will ensure the food quality and consistency is maintained to the highest standards, whilst controlling their costs.
