Job summary

Benugo is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in London to support the culinary team in delivering an outstanding food experience across our brands. You will work alongside a passionate team to prepare sandwiches and assist with salads, soups, and related duties in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly rate starts at £12.71 per hour and increases to £14.80 per hour after probation, with benefits and a pension scheme. This is a hands-on role within the Benugo and WSH Group partnership, offering growth

• Previous experience in a similar role is often a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make sandwiches and assist with kitchen duties, including the preparation of salads, soups and more.
• Receive, check, and store daily food and supply deliveries, ensuring quality, accurate quantities, and safe organisation of all stock (including dry store, fridges, and freezers) in line with FIFO and food safety standards
• Ensure effective stock rotation of products
• Ensuring that food safety standards and correct cleaning procedures are followed at all times

About the role
