Benugo is seeking an exceptional Team Member to support the Front of House team in our London stores, delivering an outstanding food experience in partnership with WSH and John Lewis. The role offers an hourly rate of £12.71 to £14.80 after probation, with progression based on performance.

The position involves serving customers, handling cash, food safety adherence, and contributing to a clean, welcoming environment. Training and development are provided.

Responsibilities

Maintain the customer experience to the highest standard at all times.

Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally in appearance and conduct.

We are seeking an exceptional Team Member to support the Front of House team in excellence. This is a rare opportunity representing two respected brands, delivering an outstanding food experience that reflects innovation, quality, and attention to detail at every level.

Hourly Rate: £12.71ph increasing to £14.80ph after probation

Responsibilities

Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
To attend all training and development courses as requested.
To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour, appearance and knowledge.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
