Job summary

Benugo is seeking Team Members to support the Front of House and Kitchen teams for in-store John Lewis restaurants. You will deliver high-quality service, prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain a clean environment and ensure a positive customer experience.

Roles include working 5 of 7 days with regular weekend work, with a choice of Full Time or Part Time contracts and an hourly rate of £12.71. Benugo offers benefits including pension, annual leave, staff discounts, and development

Responsibilities

• Ensure the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assist with kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• Organise deliveries and ensure fridges are stocked using FIFO.
• Assist with clearing tables and maintain a clean working environment.
• Ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• Be flexible to work on tills, take orders and serve on the floor.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• Attend training and development courses as requested.
• Represent Benugo and John Lewis professionally in behaviour and appearance.

Job Description

Contract: Full Time or Part time

Hourly Rate: £12.71ph

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
