Benugo in the United Kingdom is seeking a hospitality Manager to support the catering and hospitality strategy for a prestigious partnership with John Lewis. You will lead service, maintain product knowledge, and drive guest satisfaction during peak periods.

Responsibilities

To support the daily operations, being hands on during service.
To resolve any guest complaints calmly and promptly.
Ensure all team members are delivering a great guest experience, whilst upselling where possible.
To retain excellent product knowledge of both food and beverage offerings
To seek opportunities to innovate and improve throughout.
Support and lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity, ensuring every person is valued, whilst encouraging their development.
Maintain accurate records of Health and Safety, Food Safety and orders.
To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
To attend all training and development course as requested.
To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
