Job summary

Berkeley-Scott is recruiting experienced Chef Managers to join our agency team for exciting opportunities across schools and catering businesses around New Nazeing starting in September.

If you're an organized hospitality professional with strong leadership, this is a flexible agency role managing kitchens across multiple sites, with competitive hourly pay and ongoing recruitment team support.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a Chef Manager or in kitchen management
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Experience in schools or contract catering desirable
• Two satisfactory references
• Enhanced DBS certificate
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage, but is not essential

• Managing the day-to-day running of busy kitchens
• Leading, motivating and supporting kitchen teams
• Planning and delivering high-quality, nutritious meals
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety and allergen standards
