Responsibilities include:

• Managing all catering operations within the home, ensuring quality service and dining experiences in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Leading and managing the catering team’s performance
• Delivering nutritious, appealing menus tailored to dietary needs and allergens, with proper record-keeping
• Maintaining a work schedule that promotes work-life balance with flexible hours
• Liaising with suppliers for efficient delivery, stock control, and budget management
• Overseeing Food Safety Management System, COSHH, and cleaning routines to meet cleanliness standards
• Practicing safe work systems, assessing risks, and ensuring safety of residents, visitors, and staff
• Conducting weekly stock takes and submitting budget reports
