Are you an experienced mortgage adviser looking for greater flexibility, better support, and the freedom to work on your terms — without sacrificing income potential?

DK Financial is a boutique, client-focused firm based in Winchester offering a rare opportunity for a self-employed mortgage adviser to join our small, experienced, and supportive team.

What We Offer

Full Flexibility & Autonomy

Operate completely on your terms. Set your own hours, choose your clients, and take full control of your work-life balance — all with a trusted team behind you.

High-Quality Leads Provided

We’ll provide 5-10 leads per month, with an average mortgage size of around £300k. You'll also benefit from additional income streams via fees, referrals & protection. Ideal for supplementing your own client bank and self generated leads.

We’re a tight-knit, approachable team of:

• 1 Protection Specialist
• 2 Administrators & Case Handlers

We catch up every few weeks (voluntary) and stay in regular contact through WhatsApp for quick questions, updates, and ongoing support.

Full Admin Support — Use As You Need

Whether you prefer to handle everything yourself or delegate most of the casework, our admin support is flexible to suit your style. We can assist with document collection, chasing lenders/clients, instructing solicitors, and more.

Excellent Training & Sales Development

We offer regular online training and sales sessions, led by industry experts. These sessions are completely optional — but they’re so popular, they usually book out.

You'll receive a full induction & systems training course prior to joining.

Commission for Passed-On Cases

Taking time off or dealing with a complex case? Pass it to another adviser in the team and still earn commission — ideal for holidays or niche scenarios.

No Monthly Fees or Overheads

We cover all your tech, licensing, admin, and network costs, so there are no monthly deductions to worry about.

• 75% on your own leads
• 50% on firm-provided leads

Modern Tools & Tech Provided

We’ll set you up with:

• A dedicated DK Financial email
• Full HL system access
• VPN & antivirus protection
• Google Workspace
• (You’ll just need to provide your own laptop or desktop.)

Our independent IT contractor is on hand for any technical issues — fully covered by us.
