Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting a Chef Manager for a welcoming primary school in Bristol. Take ownership of the daily kitchen operation and prepare fresh meals for pupils, while enjoying a brilliant work-life balance.

The role is term-time only (39 weeks), 32.5 hours weekly, with no evenings or weekends. You will lead and support the catering team, manage ordering, stock, food costs and waste, and uphold food safety standards.

Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30am–2:30pm | 32.5 hours

About You

• Chef Manager, Cook Manager or experienced chef ready for a new sector
• School catering experience beneficial, but not essential
• Confident preparing fresh food and managing a team
• Organised, approachable and happy to get stuck in
• Passionate about providing children with great food

An enhanced DBS and relevant safeguarding checks will be required.
