The Package

• Chef Manager.
• £40,000 Salary.
• 45 Hours per week.
• 7 Weeks holiday per year.
• Term Time Only. (45 weeks)
• Monday to Friday hours. (Daytime)

The Role

• Prepare fresh food as Chef Manager.
• Core feeding 300 students.
• Cater for hospitality including match teas, working lunches, fine dining etc.
• Design and create menus.
• Manage a small team.

The Requirements

• A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with a similar background within hospitality.
• A genuine love for food.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP.
• A self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front.
