Responsibilities

1. Build, deploy, and optimize large-scale email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and lead acceleration strategies.
2. Analyze and improve campaigns for maximum engagement, conversion, and retention.
3. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to execute the company's email strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of email marketing experience, including creating and optimizing email journeys and audience segmentation.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong analytical, technical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Legal work authorization for the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pardot is a plus.
