Our client seeks a dynamic Enrolment Advisor to support prospective students through their enrolment journey into postgraduate studies with international universities. Your role is to engage, guide, and inspire learners, facilitating their educational and career advancement.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process
  2. Influence customer decisions to drive enrolments using your sales skills
  3. Contact leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy
  4. Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage and optimize the enrolment journey
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner
  6. Collaborate with sales and support teams for smooth student transitions
  7. Promote the value propositions of partner programs
  8. Participate in training and special projects to enhance skills
  9. Encourage referrals to grow student numbers

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in high-value consumer services or products; experience in education is a plus
